Caffeine: Caffeine is a mild central nervous system stimulant that constricts cerebral veins thereby mitigating headaches.

Dosage and administration:
1-2 tablets every 4-6 hours in those aged over 12 years
The maximum daily dose of acetaminophen is 4000 mg. Never take more than this amount.
Do not use other acetaminophen-containing products when taking this medication.
Take each tablet with a full glass of water.
Side effects: Side effects are rare, and not everyone shows all of them. Consult your doctor if you have any of the following symptoms:
Hypersensitivity reactions, Stevens-Johnson syndrome (skinconditions), bronchospasm, hepatic damage, confusion and irritability, constipation, nausea, vomiting, respiratory disorder, dry mouth, pancreatitis, skin redness, perspiration, malaise, and reduced sex drive
Contraindications:
Do not take this medication in the following cases:
A history of allergy to any of its ingredients
Severe asthma or respiratory problems
Cardiac conditions
Severe hepatic or renal failure
Alcohol dependence
Pregnancy and lactation
This medication is not recommended for use in children under the age of 12 years.
