Mechanism of action:

Indications: Alleviating common cold symptoms
Dosage and administration: Doctors decide the dosage to be taken, but the usual dose is as follows:
Adults and children older than 12 years: 1-2 tablets every 4 hours. Do not take more than 12 tablets /day.
Side effects:
Any medication may cause adverseeffects in addition to its desired therapeutic effects. Serious side effects are rare at recommended doses, but there is a risk of side effects if the medication istaken at very high doses and for a long time. Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you show the following symptoms:
Allergic reactions, anemia, cardiac side effects, central nervous system stimulation, confusion, restlessness, hepatitis (liver inflammation), and liver toxicity
Contraindications:
Do not take this medication in the following cases:
History of allergy to any of its ingredients
History of asthma attacks
Angle-closure glaucoma
Symptomatic prostatic hypertrophy
Bladder outlet obstruction
Favism/G6PD deficiency
Concurrent use of monoamine oxidase inhibitors (such as selegiline and rasagiline) or its use in the past two weeks
Children younger than 12 years
Alcohol dependence
Concurrent use of other acetaminophen-containing medications, decongestants, cough suppressants, or common cold medications
This medication is not recommended in pregnancy and lactation, except when prescribed by the doctor.
